Procedures
- Referring to licensing Health Professions Department and fill out the form and attach the required documents.
2-Auditing documents and approve the form.
3- Paying due fees in the Financial Affairs Department.
4- Applicant’s information shall be entered to practice certificates issuing program.
5- Issuing profession practice certificate.
6- Certificate shall be signed by the Minister or his authorized representative.
7- Delivering the certificate to the applicant.
Required Documents
1- Certified copy of high school certificate.
2- Certified copy of bachelor’s degree certificate.
3- Certified copy of bachelor’s degrees’ equivalency certificates for non-Jordanian certificates.
4-copy of completing residency period.
5- Copy of passing profession practice test (Jordanian Medical Council / Jordan Board Exam) for non-Jordanian universities graduates.
6- Non criminal certificate.
7- Copy of civil status ID
6- 2 personal photos.
7- Copy of registration certificate in Jordanian Dental Association
